 A Graceful Exit Estate Sales was born from the hearts of two women who found purpose in helping others through life’s most delicate transitions. Founder Miranda Frazier and co-founder Lisa Doud bring together over four decades of combined experience in operations, leadership, and client-centered service. Their shared values, compassion, professionalism, and integrity—are woven into every detail of the company’s work. Miranda Frazier comes from a strong background in project management, office administration, and construction coordination, having spent over 20 years supporting business owners and executives across multiple industries. Her eye for organization and calm under pressure make her the steady hand clients rely on. But beyond the skills on paper, Miranda leads with heart. Helping others brings her joy, and her mission through A Graceful Exit is to guide families with care, respect, and empathy as they navigate the often-overwhelming process of estate transitions. 

Lisa Doud complements the team with a diverse career in corporate healthcare, hospitality, and transportation. With over 25 years in leadership and operations, Lisa brings sharp attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and a deep commitment to customer care. Her journey from fast-paced corporate environments to entrepreneurship reflects her passion for meaningful, value-driven work. With A Graceful Exit, Lisa has found her calling—combining her talents in organization, staging, and storytelling to help families find closure, dignity, and beauty in letting go.
